Ingredients:

  • 1 head green cabbage
  • 2 carrots
  • 1¼ cup Hellman's mayonnaise
  • ½ to 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • ¼ cup white sugar
  • 1 tsp. each salt & pepper

Method:

Finely slice cabbage. Mix mayo with sliced cabbage thoroughly. Add vinegar and mix well. Add sugar, salt & pepper, mix and adjust to taste.

Let sit in refrigerator over night.
