Ingredients:

  • 4 oz Cheshire cheese
  • 1-1/2 oz fine butter
  • 1 tsp. white pounded sugar
  • small quantity of mace
  • 1 glass white wine

Method:

Cut cheese, then pound all ingredients together into a deep pot.
