Grand Marnier Zabaglione Gratin with Raspberries

Ingredients:

  • 3 egg yolks
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 2 ounces Grand Marnier
  • 1 pint raspberries

Method:

Place egg yolks, sugar and Grand Marnier in a heat resistant mixing bowl. Place over a boiling water bath and whisk. Keep whisking until the mixture is a pale yellow and doubled in volume. Place raspberries in a small china dish and top with zabaglione. Place in oven or under broiler until golden. Dust with powdered sugar.
