Ingredients:

  • 12 large eggs
  • 1 quart milk
  • 1 quart flour
  • 2 teaspoons salt

Method:

Whisk together the eggs, milk, and salt. Combine flour and blend. Do not over develop. For best results let batter stand overnight.

Generously grease 2 muffin pans. Place on sheet tray in 400 degree oven. When very hot, pour in batter ¾ full. Reduce heat to 350. Bake until undisturbed for 45 minutes.
