Southern Grits with sour cream and chives

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup grits
  • 1 pint heavy cream
  • 1 pint half and half
  • 2 ounces butter
  • ¼ fresh chives
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese

Method:

Heat cream and half and half, add grits. Cook for 20 - 30 minutes or until tender. Add remaining ingredients, adjust seasoning as needed.
