Akai Rice (Served with shrimp)

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Akai rice (available by special order)
  • 5 cups water
  • 2 tsp cooking oil

Method:

Place rice, water, and oil in large saucepan over medium heat. Cover and cook until the liquid has been absorbed, about 45 minutes.
Serves 4
