  • 4 egg yolks
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1/8 cup marsala wine
  • assorted berries


Whisk the egg yolks in a bowl over a bath of hot water, or in a double-boiler. Add the sugar and whisk until foamy. Add the marsala wine slowly to incorporate.

Place the washed berries in a champagne glass - one per person. Spoon the zabaglione mixture over the berries and garnish with finely crumbled cookies.
