Romano, Garlic & Cracked Pepper Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 2 lb. potatoes
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 1 T. cracked pepper
  • 1/2 cup Romano cheese
  • 3/4 cup cream
  • 1/2 cup olive oil

Method:

Chop garlic add to olive oil and let sit for 30 minutes. Boil potatoes, mash with cream. Add remaining ingredients. Salt and pepper to taste.
