Ingredients:
- 3 Large Eggs
- 1 Cup water
- 2 Cups flour
- salt
- nutmeg
- butter
- breadcrumbs
Method:
Combine three large eggs with one cup of water and two cups of flour. Mix thoroughly. Season with salt and nutmeg. Pour through a colander into boiling water, remove when the spatzle is cooked and allow to cool. To serve heat spatzle in a sauce pan with butter and bread crumbs.
