Second Wind is a one hour film in two parts about four generations of spirited women all beginning a new chapter in their lives.  The film centers around the family matriarch, the 86 year "young" Fran Waters, a champion sailor played by the iconic British actress June Brown, the star of East Enders for 25 years.
