Chefs featured on On the Menu serve local ingredients in their restaurants. Each of the recipes prepared contain produce, dairy and protein (beef, pork, chicken, etc.) that has been raised and harvested in our region. As Betty peppers the guests with questions about preparation, local sources and cooking time, chefs share their expertise, and provide advice about how to best access and prepare local foods.
