Old Sturbridge Village
1 Old Sturbridge Village Road, Sturbridge, MAIn the early nineteenth century the land on which Old Sturbridge Village now stands was a prosperous farm, including sawmill, grist mill and millpond. First opened to the public in 1946, over the years OSV has undergone expansion and refinement. Cultivating historical authenticity, today the farm looks much as it did in the 1830s. In this week's episode, viewers will learn some interesting watercolor techniques from Susan Tilton Pecora, as well as how the grist mill works! Web site: http://www.osv.org/ |
