The WGBY Chef’s Spearit Lunch is a charming outdoor, multicourse dining experience with asparagus-themed dishes from popular Pioneer Valley chefs. In a private outdoor tent adjacent to the WGBY Asparagus Festival, you will sit down and dine on a menu “spearheaded” by some of the Valley’s most talented and prominent chefs. Proceeds benefit WGBY, your local PBS station.

WHAT’S ON THE LUNCH MENU?

The WGBY Chef’s Spearit Lunch begins with a 12:30 reception featuring appetizers from UNIVERSITY CLUB & RESTAURANT (Chef Matthia Accurso) along with hand-crafted beer from VALLEY MALT.

The 2018 lunch will featured unique asparagus-inspired dishes from the culinary talents of:

Dessert was crafted by GATEWAY CITY ARTS BISTRO Chef Mike Solin.

Each course was paired with wines courtesty of PROVISIONS in Northampton. Water and seltzer was provided by HARMONY SPRINGS.

The WGBY Chef Spearit Lunch was sponsored by Whole Foods Market in Hadley. Service was coordinated by Betse Curtis. Flowers by Marian Chapman. Linens by Pine Cone Hill.
