The WGBY Chef’s Spearit Lunch is a charming outdoor, multicourse dining experience with asparagus-themed dishes from popular Pioneer Valley chefs. In a private outdoor tent adjacent to the WGBY Asparagus Festival, you will sit down and dine on a menu “spearheaded” by some of the Valley’s most talented and prominent chefs. Proceeds benefit WGBY, your local PBS station.

WHAT’S ON THE LUNCH MENU?

The WGBY Chef’s Spearit Lunch begins with a 12:30 reception featuring appetizers from UNIVERSITY CLUB & RESTAURANT (Chef Matthia Accurso) along with hand-crafted beer from VALLEY MALT.

Lunch will feature unique asparagus-inspired dishes from the culinary talents of:

Dessert will be in the creative hands of GATEWAY CITY ARTS BISTRO Chef Mike Solin.

Each course will be paired with wines courtesty of PROVISIONS in Northampton. Water and seltzer will be provided by HARMONY SPRINGS.
