Wood-fired cooking is the theme to this special episode of Simply Ming - as we travel on the road in Sydney, Australia. Joining Ming is Australian uber-chef Robert Marchetti. Robert fires up the grill and prepares some tuna belly to create a Seared Tuna Nicoise with Poached Duck Egg and Herbed Butter Sauce, while Ming cooks up a spectacular Grilled Quail with Garlic-Parsley Butter and Ginger-Vegetable Rice Pilaf. This week on Simply Ming, Chef Tsai continues his adventure in Norway, catching up with chef Geir Skeier, winner of the 2009 Bocuse d'Or world cooking contest. After prepping a delicious cocktail from traditional Norwegian Aquavit, Ming and Geir create two meals from the region's sumptuous salmon.
