Bob the Builder

Aimed at pre-schoolers, this series follows the adventures of Bob and his machines: Scoop the leader/digger, Muck the digger/dumper, Dizzy the cement mixer, Lofty the crane and Roley the steamroller. Bob's business partner Wendy and Pilchard the cat all help out in the builder's yard. Other characters include Farmer Pickles, his tractor Travis and the naughty scarecrow Spud -- who is always up to mischief.

Roley and Muck are playing a game of skidsies. Roley takes things too far and accidentally crashes into, and destroys, the old machine shelter! As Bob gets to work building a new one, Roley thinks that Muck blames him for the disaster. Muck loves to get mucky, so she's horrified to lean that Bob is building a machine wash to get them all clean! Mucky Muck becomes determined to get muckier than ever before. Eventually, she can resist the machine was no longer and is surprised to find how much fun the ticklish machine wash is!

It's the grand opening of the Bobland Bay Promenade. As Bob and the team put up some spectacular lights for the big ceremony, Bristle the street-cleaner arrives to keep the new town spotlessly clean. Before long, important items are missing. It's a mystery, but Bob puts the clues together and they all point to Bristle! Is he really the culprit? Zoomer the skidoo is staying with Bob in Sunflower Valley. When a huge snowfall blocks the whole valley, Zoomer's caterpillar tracks are ideal to help Scoop find his way through the snow with his snowplough to clear the valley.

Boogie Woogie Wonderland: Roland Sweet is opening a new game store and is seeking to publicize it outside of the shopping mall. Bob and the team are building a giant outdoor game-testing area for the occasion. Leo and Scoop are assembling the giant keyboard and the rest of the team is building the child-size dollhouse and the Snakes and Ladders board. Confident in his musical knowledge, Leo ignores the instructions and treats the keyboard as a jigsaw puzzle. The attempt is unsuccessful and Leo and Scoop must start over.

Stranded: Bob and the team are repairing the Fixham Lighthouse after it was damaged in a storm. Lofty helps remove and replace the lamp and Scoops digs up the old power cable from the lighthouse to the shore. The lamp lights just before another storm arrives and, in Lofty's excitement, he accidentally yanks out the new cable and cuts the power. To finish the job, the Machines need the help of Wendy and Bob, who are stranded in the lighthouse. The Machines quickly assist Curtis in repairing his boat and they rescue Bob and Wendy before the storm becomes too rough.

IN TOO DEEP Bob must replace the jetties at the marina, but the ground is slippery, so Stretch has to do the digging. Scoop wants to dig too, but in trying to keep up with Stretch, he slides around and gets stuck. Scoop discovers that by spreading gravel he can grip the slippery ground and help finish the job. MUCK THE SAFETY OFFICER Bob and the team are repairing a sinkhole on a busy road near the Flying Saucepan Restaurant.

Everybody is getting ready for the Big Summer Party in Bobland Bay and Bob and his team are going to build two shelter stops for Splasher's new ferry route. Splasher just can't wait for them to finish! He races around announcing his new route, but no timetable has been put in place yet. Despite what he thinks, Splasher can't be everywhere at once. With passengers waiting at both stops Splasher gets into a muddle and starts to think he has let everyone down, until he sees radio DJ Mike Turntable's speakers and has a great idea.
