Host/chef Pete Evans kicks off the culinary journey in Seattle, where he meets with chefs Tom Douglas and Thierry Rautureau. The chefs take Pete on his first crabbing trip to catch Dungeness crab in Puget Sound.

Explore the Pacific Northwest as Moveable Feast with Fine Cooking travels to Seattle to get a taste of some of the freshest food on the West Coast. Host Curtis Stone travels by seaplane to Coupeville with chef Tom Douglas, winner of three James Beard Awards, and chef Renee Erickson, a driving force in the food boom of Seattle. First stop: a visit to Penn Cove to see where mussels grow in the best environment in the region. Next, he meets Georgie Smith of Willowood Farms, one of the most photographed, painted, and otherwise admired farmscapes in the Pacific Northwest.

Host Pete Evans joins top chefs Antony Lamas and Daniel Wright at Ambrosia Farm outside Louisville, Kentucky, for a bourbon-themed dinner. Moveable Feast with Fine Cooking takes you up close to meet the grazing buffalo on Woodland Farm, a 1000-acre farm with historic roots and a sustainable vision that features the American buffalo. Next, the chefs join master distiller Chris Morris at Woodford Reserve to learn how the bourbon that has been a historic Kentucky product for 140 years is made and to pack a few bottles for the night's feast.

Pete Evans joins Chef Kapur in a cooking adventure unlike any other, in which they cook in a "restaurant without walls." With majestic views of the Pacific Ocean as backdrop, Pete and Ravi cook up a delightful beachfront feast for over 150 guests. The guests are in for a surprise when the tide comes up to wash over their feet during the meal!

Set inside the beautiful seaside town of Duxbury, MA, this episode features legendary Boston Chef Jeremy Sewall, sustainable cooking expert Barton Seaver, and Island Creek Oysters owner Skip Bennett, whom Pete Evans joins in foraging for oysters for the feast.
