From browsing the Santa Monica Farmers' Market to Logan's Gardens, the three collect their ingredients to prepare for an extravagant pig roast. Curtis makes a fresh peach mustard for his fennel-rubbed pig, which is paired with Francis' spread of mixed charcuterie and raw vegetables and duck rillettes. Next, the chefs join master distiller Chris Morris at Woodford Reserve to learn how the bourbon that has been a historic Kentucky landmark for 140 years is made and to pack a few bottles for the night's feast.

In this episode of Moveable Feast with Fine Cooking, host Pete Evans is on the road in Madrid with two of the city's rising star chefs, Benjamin Bensoussan and Manuel Berganza. The trio creates a delectable feast in one of the most coveted Madrid rooftop restaurants, Picalagartos Sky Bar. Before the cooking begins, Pete, Ben, and Manuel head to an ecological farm on the outskirts of Madrid, and then make a stop at the famed restaurant Cinco Jotas, where Pete learns the right way to carve a Jamon Iberico (iberian ham).

Authentic Greek flavors are served up on this episode of Moveable Feast with Fine Cooking. Esteemed Greek chefs Maria Loi and Maria Benardis give host Pete Evans the insider's tour of some of the city's best ingredients. This includes foraging for mushrooms just north of the city, and a stop at Urbani Truffles to pick up a few delicate morsals for Pete's Greek-inspired salad with feta and fresh truffles. The culinary trio also makes a stop at the famous Poseidon Greek Bakery to pick up a little dessert to cap off a memorable feast.

On this episode of Moveable Feast with Fine Cooking, Pete Evans explores the City of Angels where he throws a Mexican inspired feast with the help of chefs and television personalities Jeffrey Saad and Brooke Williamson. No Mexican feast would be complete without some fresh corn tortillas. Pete and his amigos head to North Gate Markets where Molses Gonzalez and his family have been making tortillas the same way for years.
