The chefs create hyper-seasonal dishes with a stylish flair and modern twist. The menu includes striped bass baked in a salt crust, dried shrimp and chiles sauce, cuitlacoche, and babà mezcal.

Host Pete Evans travels back to Mexico City as Moveable Feast with Fine Cooking continues to explore the culinary hotspot for adventurous epicurians. Famed chefs Grace Ramirez and Maycoll Calderon provide an insiders tour to the local corn purveyor to see how maze is harvested and ground - and they rollup their sleeves and share some Mexican delicacies. The chefs heat things up with braised pork tamales in a chile guajillo sauce, and chile-spiked brownies.

Host Pete Evans makes his way to the gorgeous city of Miami to explore the freshest local ingredients it has to offer on this episode of Moveable Feast with Fine Cooking. He meets up with three fabulous Miami chefs, Michelle Bernstein, Lindsay Autry, and Cindy Hudson. The three travel to Paradise Farms to pick-up banana leaves and other fresh veggies for the night's feast. Then they're off to the Fruit & Spice Park, a 37-acre botanical garden with exotic fruits and produce where the chefs pick fresh jackfruit and canistel in the gardens and prepare this farm-fresh feast.

Host Pete Evans joins chef, restaurateur, and James Beard award-winner Michael Schwartz and his friend chef Giorgio Rapicavoli in Miami at Biscayne Bay in this episode of Movable Feast with Fine Cooking. Their first stop is Sublicious Farms, a gourmet mushroom farm to pick-up oyster mushrooms for Giorgio's mushroom terrine with pickled onions and charred bread. Next they visit Michael's favorite seafood shop, the Casablanca Fish Market to source some fresh catch for Michael's crab fritters and mixed seafood fideua.

On this episode of Moveable Feast with Fine Cooking, we are on the road with three top chefs from metropolitan Chicago and travel three hours into the neighboring Michigan countryside for the makings of a true midwestern meal. Cooking by the beautiful lakeside for a party are The Hearty Boys, Dan Smith and Steve McDonagh. Joining them is acclaimed pastry chef, Gale Gand. The entire meal is sourced within a radius of 5 miles from Buchanan, Michigan, including some gorgeous summer veggies, corn meal from the town's old mill, and beer from a local brewery.
