Mister Rogers visits with folk singer Andy Holiner and a group of kids at Brockett's Bakery. MR listens to Andy and kids and sings with them. In Make-Believe, it's the day of the Poetry reading. King Friday's introduction of Audrey is longer than her poem!! And he calls her Audrey Goose instead of Audrey Duck! Everyone makes mistakes...even kings.

Mister Rogers has to go to a meeting that he'd forgotten about, but Chuck Aber visits and stays with the Television "Neighbor" while Mister Rogers is away. Chuck shows a skunk puppet and makes it talk. Mr. McFeely brings a tape about HOW PEOPLE MAKE ERASERS. In Make- Believe, The skunk is there talking with the king about how he only sprays when he gets scared...Audrey Duck pops up and startles him... she gets sprayed! Daniel thinks he's a mistake, but Betty reassures him that he's not.

World-famous violinist, Hilary Hahn plays some Bach a Mister Rogers reads a bedtime book and talks about some things he was curious about as a child at nighttime. It's nighttime in the Neighborhood of Make- Believe, and "Hula Mouse" brings Prince Tuesday and Little Panda back from their outer space travels. King Friday comes to realize that curiosity is a healthy part of life.

Mister Rogers talks about friendship. He helps his young viewers understand that even though friendships don't always run smoothly they're an important and healthy part of life. Also, Mister Rogers buys a pair of shoes. In the Neighborhood of Make-Believe, Prince Tuesday, Ana and Lady Elaine Fairchilde learn that sharing can be hard. What can help is knowing that there are some things you don't have to share.

Mister Rogers talks about teachers and some of the ways they help children to learn. Also, Mister Rogers talks with a school bus driver and takes a ride on a bus. In the Neighborhood of Make- Believe, King Friday and Dr. and Mrs. Platypus are anxious to see their children at the end of the school day. The first week of school is a big event for children, but it is also a big event for parents!

In the Neighborhood of Make-Believe, Ana Platypus wants a pet for her birthday that she can hug and love. The Neighbors have very definite ideas about what kind of pet she should have. Bob Trow brings his dog, Barney, to meet Mister Rogers before leaving him overnight.
